After studying the art of pizza in New York City, Spike opened up We, The Pizza in 2010. Specializing in over 20 different chef-driven pizzas by the slice or whole pies, guests can also enjoy a hand-crafted fresh soda.
Santa Rosa Taqueria
Making its debut in 2017, this authentic taqueria offers chef-curated, traditional Mexican dishes with bright flavors and bold sauces.
Sip an artisan cocktail in this bright and airy space, complete with modernized bar accents like in-house ice production. The one page cocktail menu, designed by cocktail guru David Strauss, rotates monthly.
Named after Senator Morris Sheppard, who penned the Prohibition amendment, Sheppard is a nod to speakeasies of the past. Guests can enjoy craft cocktails by mixologist master, David Strauss, in this swanky and intimate cocktail bar.
