After studying the art of pizza in New York City, Spike opened up We, The Pizza in 2010. Specializing in over 20 different chef-driven pizzas by the slice or whole pies, guests can also enjoy a hand-crafted fresh soda.

SHEPPARD

Named after Senator Morris Sheppard, who penned the Prohibition amendment, Sheppard is a nod to speakeasies of the past. Guests can enjoy craft cocktails by mixologist master, David Strauss, in this swanky and intimate cocktail bar.

Opening this year, Morris will be a larger version of it’s speakeasy predecessor (Sheppard) and will have all the great parts such as hand crafted cocktails, an entirely homemade ice program, no standing room, candlelit spaces, and live jazz.
